If your order is not what you expected, breathe easy. You can return your order for a full refund, as long as the garments are undamaged, unworn and unwashed*. Email us at email@example.com and we´ll let you know what to do.
Please note that we do not offer a shipping service for returns, meaning that it will be for your expense. We recommend that you use a recorded postal service for your returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged or go missing whilst in transit. When the garments reach us, we´ll do a quick inspection. If all´s well, we'll issue a full refund within 7 days.
When you receive your order and the size isn´t quite right or you´d prefer a different colour, we will happily make the exchange for you - free of charge. The garments being exchanged will need to meet the return requirements*. As soon as the original order reaches our warehouse and is checked, we´ll send your new garments on it´s way.
The small print:
- We can only offer exchanges for items of equal or higher value.
- Gifts can only be returned for a refund by the original purchaser, as the funds will return to the same bank account.
- We can only accept returns for items purchased on our website, www.moverowear.com. Other returns should be referred to the store where your garments were purchased.
- We cannot refund any delivery charges, unless an item is faulty or sent in error.
